Install MySQL on Fedora 22/23/24 and set password

Steps:
>> Install Repo: dnf install https://dev.mysql.com/get/mysql57communityreleasefc238.noarch.rpm
>> Install Server:
dnf install mysqlcommunityserver
>> Start Service: systemctl start mysqld.service
>> Secure Settings: /usr/bin/mysql_secure_installation
>> Set Password:
ALTER USER ‘root’@’localhost’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘NewPass’;
